का.आ. 213(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है भारत सरकार सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4228 (अ) दिनांक 25.09.2024 भारत का राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II , खंड-3 , उपखण्ड (ii ) दिनांक 25.09.2024 में प्रकाशित तमिलनाडु राज्य के नमक्कल जिले में 60/650-73/2 किमी में पक्की शोल्डर के साथ टू लेन से फोर लेन तक चौड़ीकरण तथा किमी 60/650 - 61/8, 62/8-63/4, 65/2-67/2, 67/6 -70/0, 71/2-71/450 और 71/750 - 73/2 में सुदृढ़ीकरण और के वल वेयररंग का कोर्स km.61/8-62/8, 63/4-65/2, 67/2-67/6 , 70/0-71/2 छोटे पुलों का चौड़ीकरण, किमी.64/2 पर अतिरिक्त पुल का निर्माण, पुलियों का चौड़ीकरण और पुर्ननर्र्माण, मुसिरी - नमक्कल रोड (एनएच 381 बी) में निर्र्मत क्षेत्रों में रिटेनिंग वॉल और ड्रेन का निर्माण अर्थात:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की प्रमुख अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3408 (अ) दिनांक 27.07.2022 में क्रमांक 1 के समक्ष: कालम 2 में, "डिस्ट्रिक्ट रेवन्यू आफिसर, नमक्कल" के स्थान पर "एसडीआरओ (एलए), हाइवेज(स्कीम्स), कृ ष्णागिरी" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM

S.O. 213(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 4228(E) dated 25.09.2024, published in the Gazette of India for the work Widening from two lane to four lane with paved shoulder in km 60/650-73/2 and strengthening in km 60/650 - 61/8, 62/8-63/4, 65/2-67/2, 67/6-70/0, 71/2-71/450 and 71/750 – 73/2 and only wearing course at km.61/8-62/8, 63/4-65/2, 67/2-67/6, 70/0-71/2 including widening of minor bridges, construction of additional bridge at km.64/2, widening and reconstruction of culverts, construction of retaining walls and drain in built up areas in Musiri - Namakkal road (NH 381B) in the district of Namakkal in the state of Tamil Nadu, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II), 25.09.2024 namely:-
In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 3408(E) dated 27.07.2022, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for the entry "District Revenue Officer, Namakkal" the entry " SDRO(LA), Highways (Schemes), Krishnagiri" shall be substituted.
