का.आ. 251(अ).— कें द्र सरकार, अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2012 (2012 का 37) द्वारा यथा संशोधित अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 25) की धारा 4 (छ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, लोक सभा के सदस्यों द्वारा निर्वाचित, श्री जुगल किशोर और श्री राजकु मार रोत को अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान, विजयपुर (साम्बा), जम्मू के संस्थान निकाय के सदस्यों के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए अधिसूचित करती है।
सदस्यगण का कार्यकाल अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 6 में निहित प्रावधानों द्वारा शासित होगा।

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2025
S.O. 251(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4(g) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby notifies Shri Jugal Kishore and Shri Rajkumar Roat, elected by the Members of Lok Sabha to serve as Members of the Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Vijaypur (Samba), Jammu.
The term of office of members shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
