प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से

श श में लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित कराने हेतु, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के जिला वाराणसी में भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है।

New Delhi, the 15th January, 2025

S.O. 285(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby notifies the project of "Redevelopment of Kashi Railway Station of Northern Railway under Major Upgradation" as a "Special Railway Project" for acquisition of land, in Varanasi District in the State of Uttar Pradesh, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
