का.आ. 295(अ).— कें द्र सरकार, अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2012 (2012 का 37) द्वारा यथा संशोधित अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 25) की धारा 4 (छ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य सभा के सदस्यों द्वारा निर्वाचित, श्री प्रदीप कु मार वर्मा, को अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान, देवघर के संस्थान निकाय के सदस्य के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए अधिसूचित करती है।
सदस्यगण का कार्यकाल अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 6 में निहित प्रावधानों द्वारा शासित होगा।

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2025
S.O. 295(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4(g) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby notifies Shri Pradip Kumar Varma, elected by the Members of Rajya Sabha to serve as Member of the Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Deoghar.
The term of office of members shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
