का.आ. 329(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24), की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिनियम के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (3) में उल्लिखित उप खंड, स्तंभ (4) में उल्लिखित जिले के सम्बन्ध में राजस्थान मथुरा अलवर खंड का उन्नयन की विशेष रेल परियोजना के सन्दर्भ में ऐसे विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए के स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के रूप में क्रत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION

Prayagraj, the 20th December, 2024

S.O. 329(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government herby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as 'competent authority' to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of Mathura Jn.-Alwar- Upgradation of section in the state of Rajasthan relating to sub division mentioned in column (3), District mentioned in column (4) of the said Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
