का.आ. 359(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, रेल (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 का 11) की धारा 2 के खंड (7क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (3) में उल्लिखित उप खंड, स्तम्भ (4) में उल्लिखित जिले के सम्बन्ध में राजस्थान राज्य में "उत्तर पमिि रेलवे के "लूणी-समदडी-भीलडी के बीच दोहरीकरण" परियोजना ( 271.97 किमी.) की विशेष रेल परियोजना" के सन्दर्भ में ऐसी विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और परिचालन के लोक परियोजन के लिए स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के रूप में कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए 'सक्षम प्राधिकारी' के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 21st January, 2025
S.O. 359(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as 'Competent Authority' to perform the function as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project "Doubling between Luni-Samdari-Bhildi (271.97 Km.) of North Western Railway" in the state of Rajasthan relating to the sub- divisions mentioned in column (3), district mentioned in column (4) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
