530 GI/2025 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC. 2] 2. उपरोक्त अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति, निम्नलिखित अदालती मामलों के निर्णय के साथ-साथ अन्य किसी भी संबंधित मामले में किसी सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित किसी अन्य आदेश के अध्यधीन भी है:-

i. भारत के माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में दायर सिविल अपील सं. 629/2022 तथा संबंधित मामले (जरनैल सिंह बैच के मामले);

ii. अब तक किसी सक्षम न्यायालय में दर्ज किए गए अनुभाग अधिकारी/ सहायक अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता, पदोन्नित आदि से संबंधित मामले यदि कोई हो।

No. A-32014/1/2020-Estt.I: The President is pleased to appoint the following officers as Section Officers of the Central Secretariat Services (CSS) in Level-8 (47,600-1,51,100) of the pay matrix on a regular basis for the Select List Year 2024, against the Seniority Quota, w.e.f. 12.12.2024:—

ii. Matters relating to seniority, promotion etc in SO/ASO grade, if any, filed in any competent court till date.
