का.आ. 365(अ).—रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 2 के खण्ड 7-ए द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों
का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतदद्वारा सरकारी राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से
प्रभावी नीचे तालिका के कॉलम (2) में वर्णित अधिकारी को प्राधिकृत करती है कि वह तालिका के कॉलम (4)
में वर्णित रेल परियोजना के कार्य निष्पादन, अनुपालन, प्रबन्धन एवं परिचालन हेतु कॉलम (3) में वर्णित राज्य
में समक्ष प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य निष्पादन करें।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2025
S.O. 365(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause 7-A of section 2 of The Railways (Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below to perform the functions of the Competent Authority in respect of the Railway Project as mentioned in column (4) of the table, for execution, maintenance, management and operation in the state mentioned in column (3) of the said Table, with effect from the date of publications of this notification in the official Gazette.
