का.आ. 375(अ).—कें द्र सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 की धारा 2 के खंड (37 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद् द्वारा, "बोधड़ी बुजुर्ग – किनवट स्टेशनों के बीच कि.मी. 115/2-3 पर स्थित समपार फाटक सं. 11 के स्थान पर ऊपरी सड़क पुल का निर्माण" को जन प्रयोजन हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना प्रदान करने के लिए महाराष्ट्र राज्य के नांदेड़ ज़िले में भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 12 December, 2024
S.O. 375(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 11 at Km. 115/2-3 in between Bodhdi Bujrug – Kinwat stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Maharastra in the District of Nanded for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
