का.आ. 399(अ).—कें द्र सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 की धारा 2 के खंड (37 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद् द्वारा, "सिंगरायकोंडा – टंगुटूरु स्टेशनों के बीच कि.मी. 262/38-263/2 पर स्थित समपार फाटक सं.187 के स्थान पर ऊपरी सड़क पुल के निर्माण" को जन प्रयोजन हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना प्रदान करने के लिए आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के प्रकाशम ज़िले में भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 12th December, 2024
S.O. 399(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 187 at Km. 262/38-263/2 in between Singarayakonda – Tanguturu stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Andhra Pradesh in the District of Prakasham for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
