सा.का.नि. 71(अ).—स्वापक औषधि और मन:प्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 61) की धारा 9क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्र सरकार स्वापक औषधि और मन:प्रभावी पदार्थ (नियंत्रित पदाथों का विनियमन) आदेश, 2013 को संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश पारित करती है, अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इस आदेश को स्वापक औषधि और मन:प्रभावी पदार्थ (नियंत्रित पदाथों का विनियमन) संशोधन आदेश, 2025 कहा जाएगा।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगा।
2. स्वापक औषधि और मन: प्रभावी पदार्थ (नियंत्रित पदाथों का विनियमन) आदेश, 2013 की अनुसूची में, - (क) अनुसूची-ख में , क्रम संख्या 27 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -

G.S.R. 71(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Order, 2013, namely: - 1. (1) This Order may be called the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Order, 2013, in the SCHEDULE, -
(a) in SCHEDULE-B, after serial number 27 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :-
"28. 4-piperidone
29. 1-boc-4-piperidone,
30. 3-4-MDP-2-P methyl glycidic acid, ethyl ester
