का.आ. 413(अ).—रेल संशोधन अधिनियम 2008 की धारा 2 के खण्ड 7 ए के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का उपयोग करते हुए समाहर्ता/पटना, बिहार सरकार द्वारा नामित अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, भू-अर्जन, पटना बिहार सरकार को उक्त अधिनियम के तहत् बिहार राज्य के अन्तर्गत " " विशेष रेल परियोजना के भू-अर्जन संबंधित मामलों के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के तहत सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रुप में एतद् द्वारा अधिकृत किया जाता है। यह भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगा।

Patna, the 16th January, 2025
S.O. 413(E).—In exercise of Power conferred under clause 7A of Section 2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 Additional District Magistrate, Land Acquisition, Patna, Govt of Bihar as nominated by District Magistrate/Patna, Govt of Bihar, is hereby authorised as Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in the matter of/for land acquisition for the project for project "New 4 th line & balance 3rd line between PUNARAKH-BARH-BAKHTIYARPUR (28.22 KM) of East Central Railway", which is a special Railway Project, in the State of Bihar. This will be effective from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
