फा.सं. CNC-II/093/1(17)/2021-22/233–– दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 1922 (1922 का VIII) की धारा 31 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कार्यकारी परिषद, विजिटर के अनुमोदन से दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय अध्यादेशों को और संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात:-
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारंभ:
(i) स्नेह राणा छात्रवृत्ति और पीएसराणा छात्रवृत्ति से संबंधित अध्यादेश XXVIII में संशोधन
(ii) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

| स्नेह राणा छात्रवृत्ति और पीएस राणा छात्रवृत्ति 132. 1. दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में एमए/एमएससी गणित की छात्राओं के लिए दो छात्रवृत्तियाँ (एक पिछले वर्ष के छात्रों के लिए और एक अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों के लिए) "स्नेह राणा छात्रवृत्ति" के नाम से और एमए/एमएससी गणित के पुरुष छात्रों के लिए दो छात्रवृत्तियाँ (एक पिछले वर्ष के छात्रों के लिए और एक अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों के लिए) "पीएस राणा छात्रवृत्ति" के नाम से योग्यता सह वित्तीय आवश्यकताओं क े आधार ₹15000/- प्रति वर्ष मूल्य की होंगी। बंदोबस्ती निधि से र्अर्जत र्वार्षक आय ₹20,00,000/- (बीस लाख) में से श्री पी एस राणा, बीए – 6 ए, अशोक विहार – I, दिल्ली – 110052 द्वारा दान किया गया। 2. यह छात्रवृत्ति एम.ए./एम.एस.सी. (गणित) की पढ़ाई कर रहे चार विद्र्यार्थयों को प्रदान की जाएगी। (दो पूर्व वर्ष के तथा दो अंतिम वर्ष के ) 3. से 9. – कोई परिवर्तन नहीं – | स्नेह राणा छात्रवृत्ति और पीएस राणा छात्रवृत्ति 132. 1. दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में एमए/एमएससी गणित की छात्राओं के लिए तीन छात्रवृत्तियाँ (एक पिछले वर्ष के लिए और दो अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों के लिए) "स्नेह राणा छात्रवृत्ति" के नाम से छात्रवृत्ति और एमए/एमएससी गणित के पुरुष छात्रों के लिए तीन छात्रवृत्तियाँ (एक पिछले वर्ष के लिए और दो अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों के लिए) "पीएस राणा छात्रवृत्ति" के नाम से योग्यता सह वित्तीय पर आवश्यकताओं के आधार पर ₹14000/- मूल्य की छात्रवृत्तियाँ प्रतिवर्ष प्राप् त होंगी, जोकि बंदोबस्ती निधि से र्अर्जत र्वार्षक आय ₹26,00,000/- (छब्बीस लाख) में से श्री पी एस राणा, बीए – 6 ए, अशोक विहार – I, दिल्ली – 110052 द्वारा दान किया गया। 2. यह छात्रवृत्ति एमए/एमएससी (गणित) की पढ़ाई कर रहे छह विद्र्यार्थयों को प्रदान की जाएगी। (पिछले वर्ष के दो और अंतिम वर्ष के चार) 3. से 9. – कोई परिवर्तन नहीं – |

New Delhi, the 20 January, 2025
F.No. CNC-II/093/1(17)/2021-22/233.–– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of Section 31 of the Delhi University Act 1922 (VIII of 1922), the Executive Council, with the approval of the Visitor, hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Delhi University Ordinances, namely:- 1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) Amendment to Ordinance XXVIII related to Sneh Rana Scholarship and P.S.Rana Scholarship
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. The consequential amendments to Ordinance XXVIII of the Ordinances of the University
shall be substituted as under :

Mathematics (one for previous & one for final year students) in Delhi University in the name of "Sneh Rana Scholarship" and two scholarships for the male students of M.A./M.Sc. Mathematics (one for previous & one for final year students) in the name of "P.S. Rana Scholarship" on the basis of merit cum financial needs of the value of ₹15000/- p.a. each out of the annual income accrued from the endowment fund of ₹20,00,000/- (Twenty Lacs) donated by Mr. P.S. Rana, BA – 6 A, Ashok Vihar – I, Delhi – 110052. 2. The Scholarships shall be awarded to four students (two for previous and two for final year) pursuing M.A./M.Sc.
