का.आ. 446(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 34) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) तारीख 22 अगस्त, 2023 में का.आ. 3745(अ), तारीख 22 अगस्त, 2023 द्वारा प्रकाशित श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " कें द्रीय सरकार द्वारा धारा 4 (i) के अधीन नियुक्त" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत, क्रम संख्या 55 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-
"55. सुश्री डोला सेन,
माननीय संसद सदस्य (राज्य सभा),
702, स्वर्ण जयंती सदन (डीलक्स),
डॉ. बी. डी. मार्ग, नई दिल्ली-110001"

New Delhi, the 24th January, 2025
S.O. 446(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, vide S.O. 3745(E), dated the 22nd August, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 22nd August, 2023, namely :-
In the said notification, under the heading "Appointed by the Central Government under section 4 (i)", for serial number 55 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
"55. Ms. Dola Sen, Hon'ble Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), 02, Swarna Jayanti Sadan (Deluxe), Dr. B. D. Marg, New Delhi -110001."
