विषयः आईटीसी (एचएस) 2022 की अनुसूची-I (आयात नीति) के अध्याय 38 के एचएस कोड 38089390 के तहत कवर किए गए ग्लूफोसिनेट टेक्निकल की आयात नीतिगत शर्त में संशोधन।
का.आ. 444(अ).— समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति 2023 के पैराग्राफ 1. 02 और 2.01 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 3 और धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और अधिसूचना सं. 58/2023 दिनांक 23.01.2024 और अधिसूचना सं. 14/2024-25 दिनांक 03.06.2024 के आंशिक संशोधन में केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा एक वर्ष अर्थात 24.01.2025 से 23.01.2026 तक की अवधि के लिए आईटीसी (एचएस) 2022, अनुसूची-I (आयात नीति) के अध्याय 38 के तहत ग्लूफोसिनेट टेक्निकल के निम्नलिखित आईटीसी एचएस कोड का न्यूनतम आयात मूल्य (एमआईपी) शर्त को बढ़ाती हैः (परिवर्तन को मोटे अक्षरों में दशाार्या गया है)ः

अधिसूचना का प्रभाव :
'ग्लूफोसिनेट और उसके सॉल्ट्स' (शुद्धता-न्यूनतम 95% डब्ल्यू/डब्ल्यू) का आयात 1289/- रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम से कम सीआईएफ मूल्य के लिए ''प्रतिबंधित' है। तथापि, सीआईएफ मूल्य 1289/- रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम अथवा इससे अधिक होने पर 'ग्लूफोसिनेट और इसके सॉल्ट्स' का आयात 'मुक्त' है। इसे वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

Subject: Amendment in import Policy Condition of Glufosinate Technical covered under HS Code
38089390 of Chapter 38 of Schedule –I (Import Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022.
S.O. 444(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, and in partial modification of Notification No. 58/2023 dated 23.01.2024 and {{^{{FOOTNOTE 3 }}}} [भाग II—खण्ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण
Notification No. 14/2024-25 dated 03.06.2024, the Central Government hereby extends the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition on the following ITC HS Code of Glufosinate Technical under Chapter 38 of the ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy) for a period of one year i.e. from 24.01.2025 to 23.01.2026, as under: (Changes made are indicated in bold letters):

Effect of the Notification:
Import of 'Glufosinate and its salts' (Purity – Minimum 95% w/w) is "Restricted" for CIF value below Rs. 1289/- per Kg. However, import of 'Glufosinate and its salts' is 'Free' if CIF value is Rs. 1289/- per Kg and above.
