का.आ. 451(अ).—कें द्र सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1913 की धारा 2 के खंड (37 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद् द्वारा, "हसनर्पर्त और उप्पल में किमी 343/23-25 पर समपार फाटक सं. 13 के स्थान पर ऊपरी सड़क पुल का निर्माण" को जन प्रयोजन हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना प्रदान करने के लिए तेलंगाना राज्य के हनमकोंडा ज़िला में भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 12th December, 2024
S.O. 451(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1913 the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 13 at Km. 343/23-25 in between Hasanparthi and Uppal stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Telengana in the District of Hanumakonda for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
