सा.का.नि. 77(अ).—सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) के उप-वाक्य (कक) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर एवं सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड एतद्द्वारा, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या 12/1997-सीमाशुल्क (गै.टै.), दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997, जिसे सा.का.नि 193 (अ), दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (i), में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्न्लिखित और आगे भी संशोधन करता है, यथा :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सरणी में, क्रम संख्या 5 के समक्ष, हरियाणा राज्य के सम्बन्ध में, कॉलम (3)और (4) में, कॉलम (3) में मद (III) को और कॉलम (4) की उससे सम्बंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्न्लिखित मद और प्रविष्टियों के 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]

सुप्रिया चंद्रन, अवर सचिव टिप्पणी:-मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (i) में अधिसूचना सं संख्या 12/97- सीमाशुल्क (गै.टे.), दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997 को सा.का.नि 193 (अ), दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997 के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी, तथा यह अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 01/2025-सीमाशुल्क (गै.टे.) दिनांक 14 जनवरी, 2025 जिसे सा.का.नि. 36 (अ), दिनांक 15 जनवरी, 2025 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (i) में ई-प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधित की गयी थी।

No. 04/2025-Customs (N.T.)
G.S.R. 77(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.) dated the 2nd April, 1997, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R 193 (E), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:-
In the said notification in the Table, against serial number 5 relating to the State of Haryana, in column (3) and (4), after item (x) in column (3) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
