का.आ. 5595(अ).—सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का 21वां) की धारा 79क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्वारा डिजिटल फॉरेंसिक प्रभाग, राज्य फॉरेंसिक विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, (फॉरेंसिक सेवाएँ निदेशालय, हिमाचल प्रदेश) शिमला हिल्स, जुन्गा, शिमला – 171218, हिमाचल प्रदेश को भारत में निम्नलिखित कार्यक्षेत्र के साथ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक साक्ष्य के परीक्षक के तौर पर अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात:

कार्यक्षेत्र : (क) कम्प्यूटर (मीडिया) न्यायविज्ञान;

(ख) मोबाइल उपकरण न्यायविज्ञान

S.O. 5595(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79A of the information Technology Act 2000 (21 of 2000) the Central Government hereby notifies Digital Forensic Division, State Forensic Science Laboratory, (Directorate of Forensic Services Himanchal Pradesh) Shimla Hills Junga, Shimla - 171218, Himanchal Pradesh as Examiner of Electronic Evidence within India, with the following scope, namely:

(a) Computer (Media) Forensics.

(b) Mobile Devices Forensics.
