का.आ. 5640(अ).—रेल (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008 की धारा 2 के खण्ड 7 ए द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित भू अर्जन पदाधिकारी को निर्धारित अधिनियम के तहत विशेष रेलवे परियोजना ''बख्तियारपुर-राजगीर-तिलैया (104 कि0मी0) के दोहरीकरण' के कार्य के लिए सक्षम पदाधिकारी के रूप में एतद द्वारा अधिकृ त किया जाता है जो भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिनियम के प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगा

NOTIFICATION

Patna, the 27th November, 2025

S.O. 5640(E).—In Exercise of power conferred under clause 7A of section 2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008, The following district Land Acquisition officers are hereby authorized as Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in the area of Special Railway Project "Bakhtiyarpur-Rajgir-Tilaiya Doubling (104 Km)" in these following respective districts, of Bihar State with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India as under:-
