का.आ. 5703(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि लोक हित में यह आवश्यक है कि श्रीकाकु लम- अंगुल पाईपलाइन (एस ए पी एल) और स्पर पाईप लाईन के परियोजना के अन्तर्गत खनिज उत्पाद के परिवहन हेतु अंगुल से श्रीकाकु लम तक गेल (इण्डिया) लिमिटेड द्वारा ओडिशा राज्य में पाईपलाइन बिछाई जानी चाहिए ।

और के न्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाईपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उस भूमि में जिसके भीतर उक्त पाईपलाइन बिछाई जाने का प्रस्ताव है और जो इस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची मे र्वर्णत है, उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए ।

अतः अब के न्रीय सरकार पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाईपलाइन (भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 कि उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है ।

कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में र्वर्णत भूमि में हितबद्ध है, उस तारीख से जिसको जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) अधीन भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाशित इस अधिसूचना की प्रतियाँ साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, 21 दिन के भीतर भूमि के नीचे पाईप लाइन बिछाये जाने की सबंध मे, सक्षम प्राधिकारी, ओडिशा, गेल (इण्डिया) लिमिटेड 612 उत्क्ल सिग्नेचर, पाहाल, एन हच- 16 भुबनेस्वर -751032 को लिखित रूप मे आक्षेप भेज सके गा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th December, 2025

S.O. 5703(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest under the Srikakulam-Angul Pipeline Project (SAPL) and Spur pipeline for the transportation of Petroleum Product from Angul to Srikakulam in the state of Odisha a pipeline should be laid by Gail (India) Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land describe in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section(1) of the Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to competent Authority,(Odisha) Gail (India) Limited, 612 Utkal Signature, Pahal, NH-16 Bhubaneswar- 751032.
