का.आ. 5730(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, खान और खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 18ख की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कोयला नियंत्रक संगठन को, उक्त अधिनियम की पहली अनुसूची के भाग क में विर्निर्दष्ट खनिजों के लिए कोयला विनिमय को रजिस्टर तथा विनियमित करने के लिए, प्राधिकरण के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

New Delhi, the 10th December, 2025
S.O. 5730(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18B of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby appoints the Coal Controller Organisation as the authority to register and regulate coal exchanges, for minerals specified in Part A of the First Schedule of the said Act.
