का.आ. 5748(अ).— रेलवे अधिनियम 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम कहा जाएगा) की धारा 20 ए की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार (रेल मंत्रालय, दक्षिण पमिि रेलवे, निर्माण संगठन, बेंगलुरु छावनी) इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के बाद कि सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए, भूमि, जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण संलग्न अनुसूची में दिया गया है, कर्नाटक राज्य में तुमकु र-मल्लासंद्रा के बीच एलसी संख्या 44 के स्थान पर आरओबी और एलएचएस का निर्माण। चेनेज: 75/300-400 के बदले में विशेष रेलवे परियोजना के निष्पादन के लिए आवश्यक है, इसके द्वारा ऐसी भूमि का अधिग्रहण करने का अपना इरादा घोषित करती है:

उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई भी व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन और उपयोग पर आपत्ति उठा सकता है:

प्रत्येक ऐसी आपत्ति सक्षम प्राधिकारी और विशेष भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी, तुमकु रु-रायदुर्ग और तुमकु रु-दावणगेरे रेलवे परियोजना, तुमकु र-मल्लासंद्रा के बीच एलसी संख्या 44 के स्थान पर आरओबी और एलएचएस का निर्माण। चेनेज: 75/300-400 के निर्माण के लिए लिखित रूप में प्रस्तुत की जाएगी और उसके आधार बताए जाएंगा और सक्षम प्राधिकारी आपत्तिकर्ता को सुनवाई का अवसर देगा, या तो व्यक्तिगत रूप से या किसी कानूनी जानकार द्वारा, और ऐसी सभी आपत्तियों को सुनने के बाद और आगे की जांच करने के बाद, यदि कोई हो, जैसा कि सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा, आपत्तियों को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार कर सकता है:

MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [South Western Railway (Construction Organisation)] NOTIFICATION Bengaluru, the 11th December, 2025

S.O. 5748(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20 A of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government (Ministry of Railways, South Western Railway, Construction Organisation, Bengaluru Cantonment) after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for the execution of the Special railway project, Construction of ROB and LHS in Lieu of LC No-44 Between Tumkur-Mallasandra Chainage:75/300- 400, in the state of KARNATAKA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:

Any person interested in the said land may, within Thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub- section(1) of Section 20D of the said Act:

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Tumakuru-Rayadurga and Tumakuru-Davanagere Railway project, Tumakuru for ROB / RUB's Construction of ROB and LHS in Lieu of LC No-44 Between Tumkur-Mallasandra Chainage:75/300-400 in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections:

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of Section 20 D of the said Act shall be final:

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid Office of the Competent Authority and Special Land Acquisition Officer.
