फा.सं. CUH/2025/A&C/595.—यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि कें द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2009 (2009 का 25) की धारा 27(2) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, विश्वविद्यालय की कार्य परिषद ने, कु लाध्यक्ष के अनुमोदन से, हरियाणा कें द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के परिनियमों में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए है:

1. (1) इन्हे हरियाणा कें द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय (संशोधित) परिनियम, 2025 कहा जायेगा ।

(2) ये परिनियम सरकारी राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।

2. हरियाणा कें द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के परिनियमों में, परिनियम-2 के उपपरिनियम (4) को निम्नानुसार संशोधन किया जायेगा:

(4) कु लपति अपना पद ग्रहण करने की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की अवधि तक या सत्तर वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, जो भी पहले हो, पद धारण करेगा और यथास्थिति वह पुर्नर्नयुक्ति क े लिए पात्र नहीं होगा :	(4) कु लपति अपना पद ग्रहण करने की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की अवधि तक या सत्तर वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, जो भी पहले हो, पद धारण करेगा और यथास्थिति वह सत्तर वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक पुर्नर्नयुक्ति हेतु पात्र होगा :

NOTIFICATION

Mahendergarh, the 1st December, 2025

F. No. CUH/2025/A&C/595.— It is notified that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 (2) of the Central Universities Act, 2009 (25 of 2009), the Executive Council of the University, with the approval of the Visitor, hereby make the following amendments further to amend the Central University of Haryana Statutes namely:

1. (1) These statutes may be called as the Central University of Haryana (Amendment) Statutes, 2025.

(2) They shall come in force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central University of Haryana Statutes, sub statute (4) of the Statute-2 shall be amended as under:
