रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008 की धारा 7A के तहत

का.आ. 5883(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एंव रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया हैI) की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई सारणी, "मध्य रेल - 3000 मीट्रिक टन लोडिंग लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के लिए पचोरा - बडनेरा खंड के लिए इलेक्ट्रिक ट्रैक्शन सिस्टम का उन्नयन कार्य" "विशेष रेलवे परियोजना" की विशेष रेल परियोजना के भूमि अधिग्रहण करने हेतु महाराष्ट्र राज्य के जळगाव जिला में निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन, और संचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ में उल्लेखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के रूप में कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है |सारणी

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 17th December, 2025

Under clause 7A of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008

S.O. 5883(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), (hereinafter referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (No.11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project "Central Railway – Upgradation work of Electric Traction System for Pachora-Badnera Section to meet 3000 MT loading target" in Jalgaon District mentioned in Column of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance, Management and operation of such special Railway Project.
