फा. सं. बीएस/11/04/2018.—यह ब्यूरो, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की कार्यकारी समिति के अनुमोदन से, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (सलाहकार समितियां) विनियम, 2018 के विनियम 3 और 9 के साथ पठित भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की "धारा 39 के साथ पठित धारा 5" द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 13 सितंबर 2023 को अधिसूचित सलाहकार समितियों, जो ए, सी, डी, ई, एफ और जी के रूप में संर्दर्भत है, के लिए संरचना को समान रखते हुए, एतद्द्वारा, आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से दो साल की अवधि के लिए निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सलाहकार समितियों के सदस्यों के रूप में पुनः नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्: - " वित्त सलाहकार समिति
(i) उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय के विशेष सचिव या अपर सचिव एवं वित्त सलाहकार – अध्यक्ष;

मानक सलाहकार समिति
(i) ब्यूरो के महानिदेशक – अध्यक्ष;

(क) वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय;
(ख) पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय;
(ग) नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा मंत्रालय;
(घ) आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय;
(ङ) सेवा क्षेत्र संगठन (पर्यटन या शिक्षा या रेलवे या परिवहन);
(च) अन्य मानक विकास संगठन (मानकीकरण निदेशालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय या ऑटोमोटिव रिसर्च एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया या इंडियन रोड कांग्रेस या अनुसंधान डिज़ाइन एवं मानक संगठन, रेलवे मंत्रालय);
(छ) ऊर्जा दक्षता ब्यूरो;
(ज) भारतीय गुणवत्ता परिषद;
(झ) शैक्षणिक क्षेत्र में प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान;
(ण) उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय;
(iii) उद्योग, व्यापार एवं उनके संघों से एक प्रतिनिधि;
(iv) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त उपभोक्ता संगठन से एक प्रतिनिधि;
(v) अध्यक्ष द्वारा नामित कोई अन्य सदस्य;
(vi) ब्यूरो के उपमहानिदेशक (मानकीकरण) – सदस्य-सचिव।
परीक्षण एवं अंशांकन सलाहकार समिति
(i) ब्यूरो के महानिदेशक – अध्यक्ष;
(ii) निम्नलिखित से कम से कम संयुक्त सचिव या समकक्ष पद का एक प्रतिनिधि –
(क) नेशनल फिजिकल लैबोरेटरी;
(ख) कें द्रीय खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी अनुसंधान संस्थान (सीएफ़टीआरआई), मैसूर;
(ग) किसी एक भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आईआईटी) की प्रयोगशाला;
(घ) राष्ट्रीय सौर ऊर्जा संस्थान, गुरुग्राम;
(ङ) भारतीय विषविज्ञान अनुसंधान संस्थान, लखनऊ;
(च) गुणवत्ता आश्वासन के महानिदेशक;
(छ) राष्ट्रीय रासायनिक प्रयोगशाला;
(ज) उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय;
(झ) परीक्षण एवं अंशांकन प्रयोगशालाओं के लिए राष्ट्रीय प्रत्यायन बोर्ड (एनएबीएल);

(फ) भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण (एफ़एसएसएआई)।
(iii) राष्ट्रीय या अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतिष्ठा वाली किसी निजी प्रयोगशाला से एक प्रतिनिधि;
(iv) अध्यक्ष द्वारा नामित कोई अन्य सदस्य;
(v) ब्यूरो के उपमहानिदेशक (प्रयोगशालाएं) – सदस्य-सचिव।
उपभोक्ता मामले सलाहकार समिति
(i) ब्यूरो के महानिदेशक – अध्यक्ष;
(ii) उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय के उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग के अपर सचिव या संयुक्त सचिव;
(iii) किसी भी तीन राज्यों या कें द्र शासित प्रदेशों के उपभोक्ता मामलों पर प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण रखने वाले विभागों के सचिव या प्रधान सचिव, रोटेशन के आधार पर;
(iv) मान्यता प्राप्त उपभोक्ता संगठनों से तीन प्रतिनिधि;
(v) फे डरेशन ऑफ इंडियन चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्री (एफ़आईसीसीआई) से एक प्रतिनिधि;
(vi) कन्फे डरेशन ऑफ इंडियन इंडस्ट्री (सीआईआई) से एक प्रतिनिधि;
(vii) अध्यक्ष द्वारा नामित कोई अन्य सदस्य;
(viii) ब्यूरो में उपभोक्ता मामलों से संबंधित कार्य देख रहे उपमहानिदेशक – सदस्य-सचिव।
अनुसंधान सलाहकार समिति
(i) ब्यूरो के महानिदेशक – अध्यक्ष;

New Delhi, the 19th December, 2025
F. No. BS/11/04/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by "Section 5 read with Section 39" of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), read with regulations 3 and 9 of Bureau of Indian Standards (Advisory Committees) Regulations, 2018, the Bureau, with the approval of the Executive Committee of BIS, keeping the composition same for Advisory Committees referred to as A, C, D, E, F and G, as was notified on 13 September 2023, hereby, reappoints the following persons as members of the Advisory Committees for a period of two years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
Finance Advisory Committee
(i) Special Secretary or Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution - Chairman;
