का.आ. 5897(अ).— रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम-2008 की धारा 2 के खंड (7ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (2) में नामित अधिकारियों को "सक्षम प्राधिकारी" के रूप में आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के तहत ऐसे प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए अधिकृ त करती है, विशेष रेलवे परियोजना के संबंध में "गुजरात राज्य में विशेष रेलवे परियोजना - पमििी रेलवे पर अहमदाबाद डिवीजन के पुल नंबर 100 (13* 30.5m स्पैन ओपन वेब गर्डर) और पुल (RUB/LHS) नंबर 99 (1*12.20M PSC स्लैब) का निर्माण, जिसमें अन्य काम भी शामिल हैं, कॉलम (3) में उल्लिखित उप-डिवीजनों से संबंधित, उक्त तालिका के कॉलम (4) में उल्लिखित जिलों से संबंधित, ऐसी विशेष रेलवे परियोजना के निष्पादन, रखरखाव, प्रबंधन और संचालन के सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए। 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] सारणी

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 18th December, 2025
S.O. 5897(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers nominated in in column (2) of the Table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the function as such authority under the said act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of " Special Railway Project in the state of Gujarat -Construction of Bridge No.100 (13* 30.5m Span open web Girder) and Bridge (RUB/LHS) No.99 (1*12.20M PSC Slab) including misc. of Ahmedabad Division on Western Railway, relating to Sub-Divisions mentioned in Column (3) Districts mentioned in Column (4) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
