का.आ. 5953(अ).—रेल अधिनियम 1989 की धारा 20ए की उपधारा (1) (जिसे इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम
कहा गया हैं) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए (89 का 24) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सार्वजनिक उद्देष्य के लिए
संतुष्ट होने के बाद ऐसी भूमि का, जिसका संक्षिप्त वर्णन संलग्न अनुसूची में दिया गया हैं, जो कि विषय रेल
परियोजना अर्थात् "बिलासपुर डिवीजन: चांपा-बालपुर के बीच किमी.671/10-12 पर एल.सी. संख्या सी.जी.-05 के स्थान पर आर.यू.बी./एल.एच.एस. का निर्माण " परियोजना (जांजगीर -नैला) के ,छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में निष्पादन के लिए आवश्यक हैं, एतद् द्वारा अधिग्रहण करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती हैं, उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन, पुर्वोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन एवं उपयोग के संबंध पर आक्षेप कर सकेगा; ऐसा प्रत्येक आक्षेप, सक्षम प्राधिकारी, यानि अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व), चापा को अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व) कार्यालय, जांजगीर -नैला छत्तीसगढ़ को लिखित में किया जाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णित किये जायेंगें तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी आक्षेपकर्ता को वैयक्तिक रूप से या विधि व्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसे सभी आक्षेपों की सुनवाई करने तथा ऐसी अतिरिक्त जॉंच, यदि कोई हो तो, करने के पश्चात्,जो सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा, आक्षेपों को या तो ंअनुज्ञात या अन अनुज्ञात कर सकेगा; उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20घ की 8616 GI/2025
(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उपधारा (2) के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा किया गया कोई भी आदेश अंतिम होगा । इस अधिसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूमि का रेखांक एवं अन्य ब्योरे उपलब्ध है ंहितबद्ध व्यक्ति द्वारा उनका निरीक्षण सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उपरोक्त कार्यालय मे ंकिया जा सकता हैं।

NOTIFICATION
Bilaspur, the 19th December, 2025
Notice under Section 20 A of the Railways Act 1989
S.O. 5953(E).— In exercise of Powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act 1989 (24 of 89) (hereinafter referred as the said act),the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to is required for execution of Special Railway project, namely "Bilaspur Division: Construction of RUB/LHS in lieu of LC No. CG-5 at Km.671/10-12 between CHAMPA - BALPUR." in the state of Chhattisgarh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land; Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of 30 days for the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said act; Every objection shall be made to the competent Authority, namely, Sub- Divisional Officer (Revenue), Champa SDM office, Janjgir -Naila , Chhattisgarh in writing ,and shall set out ground thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections; Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub- section(2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final; The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
