कोटा, 11 दिसम्बर, 2025
का.आ. 5954(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 की संख्या 11) (जिसे इसमें इसके पाित् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 (क) के उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (पमिि मध्य रेलवे) की अधिसूचना संख्या 1990 का.आ. 2035 (अ) तारीख 6 मई 2025 द्वारा जारी और भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखण्ड (II), तारीख 6 मई 2025 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनसूची में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि को, मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के मंदसौर जिले में विशेष रेल परियोजना अर्थात, नागदा–कोटा सेक्शन के मध्य मंदसौर जिले में समपार संख्या 75 पर रोड ओवर ब्रिज का निर्माण कार्य की परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए र्अर्जत करने आशय की घोषणा की थी;
और, उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन दैनिक समाचारपत्रों, अर्थात "थे टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंडिया" (अंग्रेजी) तारीख 22 अगस्त 2025 और "जन सारंगी", "दैनिक भास्कर" (हिंदी) तारीख 22 अगस्त 2025, और "र्कीतर्माण" (हिंदी) तारीख 23 अगस्त 2025,
को प्रकशित किया गया था; और सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं किये गए थे;
और,सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 ङ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण में, कें रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है;

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, कें रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी से उक्त रिपोर्ट के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है की इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिदृष्ट भूमि पूवौक्त प्रयोजन के लिए र्अर्जत कि जायेगी;
यह और कि कें रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है की इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने पर इससे उपाबद्ध अनसूची में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि सभी विल्लंग्मो से मुक्त होकर कें रीय सरकार में आत्यंतिक रूप से निहित हो जाएगी |

NOTIFICATION
Kota, the 11th December, 2025
S.O. 5954(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (West Central Railway), number 1990 S.O. 2035(E) dated 6th May, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 6th May, 2025 and issued under the sub-section(1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and the Railways (Amendment) ACT, 2008 (No. 11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance management and operation of a Special Railway Project namely, Nagda – Kota section in Mandsaur District Construction of Road Over Bridge on LC No. 75 Project in District Mandsaur in the State of Madhya Pradesh;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers namely, "THE TIMES OF INDIA" (English), dated the 22th of August 2025 and "JAN SARANGI" and "DAINIK BHASKAR" (Hindi) dated the 22th of August 2025 and another one newspaper "KIRTIMAN" dated 23th August2025, under the sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, no objections were received by the Competent Authority.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Central Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
