का.आ. 6059(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, उत्तराखंड राज्य में (NH7) के कि.मी 529.750 से किमी 542.420 तीनपानी फलाई ओवर से खारास्त्रोत पुल वाया तीनपानी- गढ़ी मायचक- भुटटोवाला - ढ़ालवाला- खारास्त्रोत पुल तक के प्रस्तावित ऋषिके श बाईपास के निर्माण हेतु उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है 8766 GI/2025

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December, 2025
S.O. 6059(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Construction of Proposed Rishikesh, commencing from Near Teenpani Flyover to Kharasrote via Teenpani Garhimaychak-Bhattowala-Dhalwala- Kharasrote of km. 529.750 to km. 542.420 of Dehradun (NH7) in the State of UTTARAKHAND.
