का.आ. 6058(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, तमिलनाडु राज्य में ईपीसी मोड पर एनएच 181 के किमी 3/0- 5/4 से कोयंबटूर शहर में सिंगानल्लूर जंक्शन तक फ्लाईओवर का निर्माण, जिसमें वसंत मिल जंक्शन (टीएन 02-0247) और उझावर शांति जंक्शन (टीएन 02-575) पर ब्लैकस्पॉट का स्थायी सुधार शामिल है तक के पेव्ड शोल्डर के साथ दो लेन में उन्नयन हेतु उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची तमिलनाडु राज्य में ईपीसी मोड पर एनएच 181 के किमी 3/0- 5/4 से कोयंबटूर शहर में सिंगानल्लूर जंक्शन तक फ्लाईओवर का निर्माण, जिसमें वसंत मिल जंक्शन (टीएन 02-0247) और उझावर शांति जंक्शन (टीएन 02-575) पर ब्लैकस्पॉट का स्थायी सुधार शामिल है पर भूमि का अधिग्रहण ।

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2025
S.O. 6058(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Construction of Flyover from Km 3/0- 5/4 of NH 181 at Singanallur junction in Coimbatore City, Including permanent rectification of blackspot in Vasantha Mill Junction (TN 02-0247)and Uzhavar Santhi Junction (TN 02- 575) on EPC mode in the state of Tamil Nadu.
