का. आ. 6090(अ).—कें द्र सरकार, दिल्ली नगर कला आयोग अधिनियम, 1973 (1974 का 1) की धारा 4 और 5 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली नगर कला आयोग में अध्यक्ष (अंशकालिक) के रूप में श्री अजीत पई का कार्यकाल तथा सदस्य (अंशकालिक के रूप में) प्रो. (डा.) मनदीप सिह, श्री आशुतोष कु मार अग्रवाल, श्रीमती निवेदिता पांडे और आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय में अपर सचिव (डी) श्रीमती डी. तारा के कार्यकाल को 03 जनवरी, 2026 से चार माह की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेश जो भी पहले हो, तक एतद्द्वारा बढ़ाया गया है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, thd 24th December, 2025
S.O. 6090(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 and 5 of the Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973 (1 of 1974), the Central Government hereby extends the period of tenure of Shri Ajit Pai, as Chairman (Part-time) and Prof. (Dr.) Mandeep Singh, Shri Ashutosh Kumar Agarwal, Smt. Nivedita Pande and Smt. D. Thara, Additional Secretary (D) in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as Members (Part-time) in the Delhi Urban Art Commission, for a period of four months with effect from 3rd January, 2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
