का.आ. 6088(अ).— रेल विकास निगम लिमिटेड, भारत सरकार का एक उद्यम, जिसका पंजीकृ त कार्यालय रेल विकास निगम लिमिटेड, प्लोट नं २५. प्रथम तल, अगस्त कांति भवन, आफिका एव, भीखाजी कामा प्लेस, रामा किष्णा पुरम, नई दिल्ली, दिल्ली-११००६६ और पीआईयु कार्यालय रेल विकास निगम लिमिटेड, दूसरी मंजिल आरवीएनएल कार्यालय, एसबीआई बैंक के सामने, गांधीग्राम रेलवे स्टेशन के पास, गांधीग्राम, अहमदाबाद, गुजरात में है ३८०००९ भारत सरकार को आवेदन करने का इरादा रखता है कि वह उसे विदयुत पारेषण परियोजना भारत सरकार द्वारा विद्युत मंत्रालय के माध्यम से विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा 164 के तहत सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करे या टेलीग्राफ उन कायों के उचित समन्वय के लिए आवश्यक टेलीग्राफिक संचार जो टेलीग्राफ प्राधिकरण के पास भारतीय टेलीग्राफ अधिनियम, 1885 के तहत सरकार द्वारा स्थापित या अनुरक्षित टेलीग्राफ के उद्देश्य के लिए टेलीग्राफ लाइनों और पोस्टों को रखने के संबंध में है या इस प्रकार स्थापित या बनाए रखा जाना है और सवेक्षण, निर्माण, स्थापना का कार्य करेगा, निम्नलिखित कायों के लिए निरीक्षण, उत्थापन और अन्य कायों के बाद कमीशनिंग, प्रचालन, अनुरक्षण और अन्य कार्य किए जाने हैं योजना : -

(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] पारेषण योजना का नाम:
1. पमिि रेलवे धंधुका 132/25 के वी ट्रैक्शन सबस्टेशन – दीर्घकालिक ओपन एक्सेस के तहत 132 के वी गेटको धंधुका एसएस से 10.14 मेगावाट बिजली की निकासी
योजना के अंतर्गत शामिल कार्य:
a) 132 के वी डी/सी (2x3-फे ज) लाइन 132 के वी धंधुका(जीईटीसीओ) एस/एस छोर से प्रो 132 के वी धंधुका टीएसएस के 132 के वी स्विचयार्ड तक आंशिक रूप से एसीएसआर पैंथर कं डक्टर पर और आंशिक रूप से 132 के वी, सिंगल कोर 800 Sq.mm के बल पर
लाइन की लंबाई लगभग 5.257 किलोमीटर है, जो एसीएसआर पैंथर कं डक्टर और सिंगल कोर 800 Sq.mm के बल के साथ डबल र्सर्क ट टॉवर पर होगी ।
उपयु र्क्त पारेषण परियोजना भारत सरकार द्वारा विद्युत मंत्रालय के माध्यम से विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा 68(1) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 10-10-2008 के पत्र सं 1/2006-स्था के माध्यम से पहले ही अनुमोदित है। संख्या 25-17/112/2025- पीजी, दिनांक: 09/12/2025 ।
स्कीम के अंतर्गत शामिल पारेषण लाइन निम्नलिखित गांवों, कस्बों और शहरों के बीच, ऊपर, आसपास और बीच से गुजरेगी:-

Gujarat, the 10th December, 2025
S.O. 6088(E).— Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, having its registered office at Rail Vikas Nigam Limited at Plot No. 25, First Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Africa Ave, Bhikaji Cama Place, Rama Krishna Puram, New Delhi, Delhi 110066 and PIU office at 2nd Floor, RVNL Office, Opposite SBI Bank, Near Gandhigram Railway Station, Gandhigram, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380009 intends to apply to the Government of India to confer upon him all powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the placing of electrical lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by the Government or to be so established or maintained and will undertake the survey, construction, installation, inspection, erection and {{^{{FOOTNOTE 3 }}}} [भाग II—खण्ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण
other works to be followed by commissioning, operation, maintenance and other works for the following transmission schemes.
Name of Transmission Scheme:
1. WESTERN RAILWAY DHANDHUKA 132/25kV Traction Substation – Drawl of 10.14 MW Power from 132KV GETCO 132 kV Dhandhuka SS on 132 KV System under Long Term Open Access.
Works covered under the scheme:
a) 132 kV D/C (2X3- Phase) Line from 132 kV Dhandhuka (GETCO) S/S end to 132 kV Switchyard of Pro. 132 kV Dhandhuka TSS with partly on ACSR Panther conductor and partly on 132 kV, 1CX800 Sq.mm Cable.Route Length is approximately 5.257 kms, which shall be on Double Circuit Tower with ACSR Panther Conductor and 132 kV, 1CX800 Sq.mm Cable.
The above transmission project is already approved by Government of India through Ministry of Power under Section 68 (1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 through Letter No. No. 25-17/112/2025-PG, Dated: 09/12/2025.
The transmission line covered under the scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following villages, towns and cities.
