फा. सं. आई.एफ.एस.सी.ए./इंडिया आई.एन.एक्स/नवीकरण/2025-26.—अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा के न्द्र प्राधिकरण, इंडिया इंटरनेशनल एक्सचेंज (आई.एफ.एस.सी.) लिमिटेड, जिसका पंजीकृ त कार्यालय प्रथम तल, यूनिट सं. 101, दि सिग्नेचर बिल्डिंग सं. 13बी, रोड 1सी, ज़ोन 1, गिफ्ट सेज़, गिफ्ट सिटी गांधीनगर-382355 में है, द्वारा अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा के न्द्र प्राधिकरण (बाज़ार अवसंरचना संस्था) विनियम, 2021 के विनियम 12 के अधीन मान्यता का नवीकरण प्रदान करने के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर विचार करने और यह समाधान हो जाने के पश्चात् कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में, प्रतिभूति बाज़ार के हित में और लोक हित में भी होगा, अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा के न्द्र प्राधिकरण (बाज़ार अवसंरचना संस्था) विनियम, 2021 के विनियम 9 के साथ पठित अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा के न्द्र प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2019 की धाराएं 12 और 13 और प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उसे 29 दिसम्बर, 2025 से प्रारंभ होने वाली और 28 दिसम्बर, 2028 को समाप्त होने वाली तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए, इसमें इसके नीचे कथित शतों या इसके पश्चात् विहित या अधिरोपित की जाने वाली शतों के अधीन रहते हुए, प्रतिभूतियों में संविदाओं की बाबत उक्त एक्सचेंज की मान्यता का नवीकरण मंजूर करता है :
• एक्सचेंज, अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा के न्द्र प्राधिकरण द्वारा समय-समय पर विर्निर्दष्ट शतों का अनुपालन करेगा ।

No. IFSCA/India INX/Renewal/2025-26.—The International Financial Services Centres Authority, having considered the application for grant of renewal of recognition under Regulation 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Market Infrastructure Institutions) Regulations, 2021 by India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited, having its registered office at 1st Floor, Unit No. 101, The Signature Building No. 13B, Road 1C, Zone 1, GIFT SEZ, GIFT CITY Gandhinagar-382355, and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade, in the interest of securities market and also in the public interest to do so, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12 and 13 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 and section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 read with regulation 9 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Market Infrastructure Institutions) Regulations, 2021, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange for a period of three years, commencing on the 29th day of December, 2025 and ending on the 28th day of December, 2028 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter:
• The Exchange shall comply with conditions specified by the International Financial Services Centres Authority from time to time.
