का.आ. 6111(अ).–– भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुर्नर्व्वस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारर्दर्शता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 3 के खंड (e) के उप-खंड (v) द्वारा दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार इसके द्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि रक्षा मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अधीन और अगले आदेशों तक, बोकाजन गांव, जिला सोनितपुर (असम) में एयर फोर्स स्टेशन तेजपुर के लिए 382.82 एकड़ निजी भूमि के अधिग्रहण के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के तहत 'उपयुक्त सरकार' की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और कायों का निर्वहन करेगा, जो 11 विंग एयर फोर्स स्टेशन पर बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास, उन्नत हथियार प्रणाली की शुरुआत और संबंधित रणनीतिक संपत्तियों के लिए है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2025
S.O. 6111(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (v) of clause (e) of section 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), the Central Government hereby notifies that the Ministry of Defence shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the 'appropriate Government' under the said Act for acquisition of private land measuring 382.82 acres for Air Force Station Tezpur at Bokajan Village, District Sonitpur (Assam) for infrastructure development, introduction of advance weapon system and associated strategic assets at 11 wing Air Force Station.
