का.आ. 22(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पाित् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है (की धारा 20ए के उपखंड)I) के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय ) पमिि रेलवे निर्माण संगठन (की अधिसूचना सं .752(अ) दिनांक 13.10.202 5 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय ) पमिि रेलवे निर्माण संगठन (की अधिसूचना में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि को गुजरात राज्य के वडोदरा जिले मे पेटलाद - भादरण आमान परिवर्तन परियोजना नाम की विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन के लिये आवश्यक है, ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन करने के आशय की घोषणा की गई थी;

और, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा ) 4) के अधीन स्थानीय गुजराती दैनिक समाचारपत्र "दिव्यभास्कर" और स्थानीय दैनिक समाचारपत्र "इंडियन एक्स्प्रेस " में दिनांक 19.10.2025 को प्रकाशित किया गया था ;

और ,सक्षम प्राधिकारी को जो भी कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे उनको हल कर दिया गया है।

और, सक्षम प्राधिकार ,बोरसद ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 ई की उप-धारा ) 1) के अनुसरण में अपनी रिपोर्ट कें द्र सरकार को सौंप दी है ;

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, कें द्रीय सरकार सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने पर रेल अधिनियम की धारा 20डी की

उपधारा ) 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कि इसमे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए र्अर्जत कि जाएगी ;

और, आगे ,उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 ई की उप धारा )2 ( के अनुसरण में ,कें द्र सरकार यहां घोषणा करती है की आधिकारिक राजपत्र मे इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन पर इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में र्निर्दष्ट भूमि पूरी तरह से सभी बाधाओं से मुक्त होकर कें द्र सरकार हस्तक हो जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 2nd January, 2026

S.O. 22(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board ) (Published in the Gazette of India, under notification No. 752(A) dated 1 3. 10.2025 Extra Ordinary- part II- Section-3 -Sub-section (ii)) (here in after referred to as the said notification) under subsection(I) of section 20A of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to be acquired the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, Petlad-Bhadran Gauge Conversion Project in District Anand in the State of Gujarat.

And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspaper "the indian

express" and " divya bhaskar " dated 19th October 2025 under subsection (4) of section 20A of the said Act;

And, whereas, objection has been received & resolved by the competent authority.

And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority Petlad- Bhadran has submitted its report of the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.

Sub: Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure for the Special Railway Project namely: Petlad-Bhadran Gauge Conversion Project in District Anand in the state of Gujarat as per joint measurement sheet prepares by DILR Vadodara.
