का.आ. 20(अ).— रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008 की धारा 2 के खंड 37क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा पमििी रेलवे के राजकोट और भावनगर डिवीजन में सुरेंद्रनगर पिपावाव दोहरीकरण परियोजना को गुजरात राज्य में भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु एक विशेष रेलवे परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है, और इस अधिसूचना को आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशित करने का प्रावधान करती है।

S.O. 20(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 37A of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act 2008 the Central Government hereby notifies Surendrnagar Pipavav doubling project in Rajkot and Bhavnagar Division on Western Railway as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Gujarat, for providing of this notification in the Official Gazette.
