का.आ. 55(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 68) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 304(अ), दिनांकित 19 जनवरी, 2024 में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 55(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 304(E), dated the 19th January, 2024, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification, for the following entries, under columns number (1), (2) and (3) respectively:-
