का.आ. 46(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 2740(अ), दिनांकित 08 जुलाई, 2021 में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की तालिका के कॉलम सं. (1), (2) और (3) में क्रमश: निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th January, 2026
S.O. 46(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2740(E), dated the 8th July, 2021, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification, for the following entries, under columns number (1), (2) and (3) respectively:-
| National Highways No. (1) | Section of National Highways (2) | Chainage/length in km (3) |
| NH-310AG | (Chungthang-lachenMonastry-Log Bridge-Mugthang-Naku Section) (In the State of Sikkim) | 114.53 Km. |
the following entries under columns number (1), (2) and (3) respectively, shall be substituted:-

| NH-310AG | The highway starting from its junction with NH-310A at Chungthang connecting Lachen, Zeema, Thanggu, Muguthang, Naku and terminating at Naku La near the Indo/ Tibet Border in the State of Sikkim | Entire NH in the State of Sikkim |
