का.आ. 66(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम,1956(1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वाराप्रदत्त शयििों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या -का. आ. 762 (ई), दिनांक 17 फरवरी, 2022 तथा -का. आ. 198(ई) दिनांक 17 जनवरी, 2024 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग–II, खंड–3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थीं, में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:—

अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ.

762(ई) तथा आ.198(ई) के अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 2. क्रमांक (1) पर उल्लिखित जिला भू अर्जन पदाधिकारी (डी.एल.ए.ओ.), जामताड़ा, को जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी (डी.पी.आर.ओ.), जामताड़ा को भूमि अर्जन के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में

प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है।

पाद टिप्पणी:- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग–II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में का. आ. 762(ई) दिनांक 17 फरवरी, 2022 तथा का. आ. 198(ई) दिनांक 17 जनवरी, 2024 के अंतर्गत प्रकाशित की गई थीं।

शेख अमीनखान, निदेशक70 GI/2026 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th January, 2026 S.O. 66(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause(a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, Upon request of State Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.762(E) dated the 17thFebuary, 2022 & S.O.198(E) dated the 17thJanuary, 2024 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (ii):

In the Schedule of the notification number S.O.762 (E) & S.O.198 (E) mentioned under Column-2, Serial No. (1), District Land Acquisition officer (DLAO), Jamtara nominated vide section is being replaced by the District Panchayat Raj officer (DPRO), Jamtara, as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition.

Foot Note: The Principal notification was published vide number S.O.762(E) dated the 17thFebuary, 2022 & S.O.198(E) dated the 17thJanuary, 2024 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (ii).
