का.आ. 90(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशक अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 46) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए कें द्रीय कीटनाशक बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को नामनिदेशित करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार की तत्कालीन खाद्य, कृ षि, सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय (कृ षि विभाग) की, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) तारीख 1 मार्च, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सा.का.नि.(अ) 301 तारीख 27 फरवरी,1971 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(क) क्रम संख्या (xiv) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"(xiv) डॉ. रोहित मिश्रा, उप औद्योगिक सलाहकार,
रसायन एवं पेट्रोके मिकल विभाग,
शास्त्री भवन, नई दिल्ली";

(ख) क्रम संख्या (xv) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"(xv) डॉ. उमेश डी. सुरंगी, प्रोफे सर,
औषध विज्ञान विभाग,
स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशालय";
(ग) क्रम संख्या (xix)(क) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएँगी, अर्थात्:-
"(xix)(क) डॉ. सुभाष चंद, संयुक्त निदेशक (रसायन विज्ञान),
पादप संरक्षण, संगरोध एवं भंडारण निदेशालय,
एनएच-IV, फरीदाबाद, हरियाणा";
(घ) क्रम संख्या (xix)(घ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"(xix)(घ) डॉ. पूनम जसरोटिया, सहायक महानिदेशक
(पादप संरक्षण),भारतीय कृ षि अनुसंधान परिषद,
नई दिल्ली";
(ङ) क्रम संख्या (xxi) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"(xxi) डॉ. गौरव शर्मा, वैज्ञानिक-एफ,
प्रभारी अधिकारी एवं कार्यालय प्रमुख,
भारतीय प्राणी सवेक्षण,उत्तरी क्षेत्रीय कें द्र,
कौलागढ़ रोड, देहरादून, उत्तराखंड।

मुक्तानंद अग्रवाल, संयुक्त सचिव (पादप संरक्षण) टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में क्रम संख्या सा.का.नि. 301(अ), तारीख 01 मार्च, 1971 को प्रकाशित हुई थी और क्रम संख्या का.आ. 5011 (अ), तारीख 25 अक्टूबर, 2022 द्वारा अंतिम बार संशोधित की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th January, 2026
S.O. 90(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby nominates the following persons as members to the Central Insecticides Board for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification and for this purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Agriculture), dated the 27th February, 1971, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 301(E), dated the 1st March, 1971, namely:-

In the said notification,-
(a) for serial number (xiv) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely:-
"(xiv) Dr. Rohit Mishra, Deputy Industrial Adviser, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi";
(b) for serial number (xv) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely:-
"(xv) Dr. Umesh D. Surangi, Professor, Department of Pharmacology, Directorate General of Health Services";
(c) for serial number (xix)(a) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely:-
"(xix)(a) Dr. Subhash Chand, Joint Director (Chemistry), Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, NH-IV, Faridabad, Haryana";
(d) for serial number (xix)(d) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely:-
"(xix)(d) Dr. Poonam Jasrotia, Assistant Director General (Plant protection), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi";
(e) for serial number (xxi) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely:-
"(xxi) Dr. Gaurav Sharma, Scientist-F, Officer- in-Charge and Head of Office, Zoological Survey of India, Northern Regional Centre, Kaulagarh Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand".
