का.आ. 91(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशक अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 46) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार की तत्कालीन खाद्य, कृ षि, सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय (कृ षि विभाग), भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) तारीख 4 फरवरी,1997 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना का.आ.(अ) 79 तारीख 3 फरवरी,1997 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 4 उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"4. डॉ. पूनम जसरोटिया, सहायक महानिदेशक सदस्य"
(पादप संरक्षण), भारतीय कृ षि अनुसंधान परिषद,

2. सदस्य तब तक पद पर बनी रहेगी जब तक वह कें द्रीय कीटनाशक बोर्ड की सदस्य है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th January, 2026
S.O. 91(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation), dated the 3rd February, 1997, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 79(E), dated the 4th February, 1997, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"4. Dr. Poonam Jasrotia, Assistant Director Member".
General (Plant protection), Indian Council of
Agricultural Research, New Delhi"
2. The member shall hold office for so long as she is a member of the Central Insecticide Board.
