का.आ. 95(अ).— कें द्र सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 की धारा 2 के खंड (37ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा, "निडदवोलु – दुव्वाडा स्टेशनों के बीच तीसरी और चौथी लाइनों का प्रस्तावित निर्माण कार्य" को जन प्रयोजन हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना प्रदान करने के लिए आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के ईस्ट गोदावरी, डॉ. बी.आर. अंबेडकर कोनसीमा, काकिनाडा, अनकापल्ली और विशाखापट्टनम जिलों में भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है.

Ambedkar Konaseema, Kakinada, Anakapalli and Visakhapatnam for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
