का.आ. 112(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, सरकारी संस्थान (अप्राधिकृ त अधिभेगियों की बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उप महानिरीक्षक/प्रधानाचार्य, श्वान प्रजनन एवं प्रशिक्षण स्कू ल, कें द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल, तरालू (कर्नाटक) को, जो भारत सरकार का राजपत्रित अधिकारी है, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ संपदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, जो श्वान प्रजनन एवं प्रशिक्षण स्कू ल, तरालू (कर्नाटक) में कें द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल से संबंधित और उसके नियंत्रणाधीन परिसर के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा या उसके अधीन संपदा अधिकारी को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगा और उस पर अधिरोपित कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेगा।

New Delhi, the 2nd June, 2025
S.O. 112(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the Deputy Inspector General/Principal, Dog Breeding and Training School, Central Reserve Police Force, Taralu (Karnataka), being a Gazetted Officer of the Government of India, to be the estate officer for the purposes of said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on estate officer by or under the said Act in respect of the premises belonging to and under the control of the Central Reserve Police Force at Dog Breeding and Training School, Taralu (Karnataka).
