का.आ. 98(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 (1940 का 23) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित को निरीक्षकों के रूप में पूरे भारत में उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन हेतु नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्: -

2. निरीक्षक जो नियुक्त किये गए है अधिनियम की धारा 21 और 22 तथा इसके अंतर्गत बनाए गए नियमों में यथाविर्निर्दष्ट शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगें तथा कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेंगें ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6 January, 2026
S.O. 98(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), the Central Government hereby appoints the following as Inspectors for the purpose of the said Act for the whole of India, namely:-

2. The Inspectors so appointed are hereby authorized to exercise the powers and shall perform the duties as specified in sections 21 and 22 of the said Act and the rules made thereunder.
