का.आ. 116(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 18 की उप-धारा (8) के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 का 34) की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री उफी मसूद सैयद, अधिवक्ता को राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण (NIA) की ओर से, NIA विशेष न्यायालय, मोहाली के समक्ष, नीचे सूचीबद्ध NIA मामलों के ट्रायल और सम्बंधित मामलों के संचालन हेतु, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वषों के लिए या ट्रायल समाप्त होने तक, जो भी पहले हो, विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है:-

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2025

S.O. 116(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints Mr. Urfi Masood Syed, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting trial and other matters related to NIA cases listed below, on behalf of the National Investigation Agency, before the NIA Special Court, Mohali for a period of 3 years from the date of publication of this notification or till the completion of trial of the said cases, whichever is earlier:-
