अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा कें द्र प्राधिकरण (बीमा व्यवसाय का रजिस्ट्रीकरण) (संशोधन) विनियम, 2026
फा. सं. आईएफएससीए/जीएन/2026/003.—अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा कें द्र प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2019 की धारा 12 और 13 के साथ पठित धारा 28 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा कें द्र प्राधिकरण अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा कें द्र प्राधिकरण (बीमा व्यवसाय का रजिस्ट्रीकरण) विनियम, 2021 (जिसे इसके बाद 'प्रधान विनियम' कहा जाएगा) में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ: -
(1) इन विनियमों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा कें द्र प्राधिकरण (बीमा व्यवसाय का रजिस्ट्रीकरण) (संशोधन) विनियम, 2026 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 'लॉयड के आईएफएससी की सेवा कंपनियों' का तात्पर्य भारत में रजिस्ट्रीकृत और निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रर्वर्तत सेवा कंपनियों से हैं:(क) लॉयड के प्रबंध अभिकरण;
(ख) लॉयड द्वारा यथा अनुमत्त, प्रबंध अभिकरणों या लॉयड के सदस्यों की समूह एंटिटीज; या
(ग) भारतीय कंपनियाँ जो इन विनियमों के अधीन र्निर्दष्ट मानदंडों को पूरा करती हैं।"

2021 को प्रकाशित किए गए थे। इसके अतिरिक्त, इन विनियमों में संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, में
दिनांक 05 जनवरी 2022 की अधिसूचना संख्या आईएफएससीए/2021-22/जीएन/आरईजी019 और
दिनांक 17 अक्टूबर 2024 की अधिसूचना संख्या आईएफएससीए/जीएन/2024/010 के माध्यम से प्रकाशित किए गए थे।

International Financial Services Centres Authority (Registration of Insurance
Business) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026
F. No. IFSCA/GN/2026/003.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 28 read with Section 12 and 13 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019, the International Financial Services Centres Authority hereby makes the following regulations, further to amend the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Registration of Insurance Business) Regulations, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the 'principal regulations'), namely :-
1. Short title and commencement: -
(1) These Regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Registration of Insurance Business) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Sub-clause (i) of clause (1) of the Second Schedule of the principal regulations shall be substituted as under, namely:-
'Service Companies of Lloyd's IFSC' means Service Companies registered in India and promoted by:
(a) Managing Agents of Lloyd's;
(b) Such group entities of Managing Agents or Members of Lloyd's, as may be permitted by Lloyd's; or (c) Indian Companies which meet the criteria specified under these regulations."

Further, amendments to these regulations were published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide notifications No. IFSCA/2021-22/GN/REG019 on 05th January 2022 and No. IFSCA/GN/2024/010 on 17th October 2024.
