का.आ. 153(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार रेल अधिनियम ,1989 (रेल संशोधित अधिनियम 2008) की धारा 20 (क) की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने के पाित कि लोक प्रयोजन के लिए यह भूमि, जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण नीचे अनुसूची में दिया गया है, मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के रायसेन जिले में विशेष रेल परियोजना समपार फाटक क्रमांक 239 के बदले रेल्वे ओवर ब्रिज निर्माण के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन एवं संचालन के लिए आपेक्षित है, ऐसी भूमि का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है।
उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 दिन की अवधि के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 20 (घ) की उप धारा (1) के अधीन उपयु र्क्त प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन और उपयोग के संबंध में आक्षेप कर सके गा।
प्रत्येक ऐसा आक्षेय सक्षम अधिकारी अर्थात सक्षम प्राधिकारी एवं अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व), अनुविभाग – गौहरगंज ,जिला रायसेन म०प्र० को लिखित रूप में किया जायेगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपर्वर्णत करेगा और सक्षम अधिकारी अपेक्षाकर्ता को व्यक्तिगत से या विधि व्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आपेक्षो की सुनवाई करने तथा ऐसी और जांच यदि कोई हो, जिसे सक्षम अधिकारी आवश्यक समझे करने के पाित आदेश द्वारा या तो अपेक्षो को अनुज्ञात कर सके गा या अननुज्ञात कर सके गा।

इस अधिसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूमि का रेखांकन और भूमि के अन्य ब्योरे उपलब्ध है और हितबद्ध व्यक्ति द्वारा सक्षम अधिकारी के उपयु र्क्त कार्यालय एवं अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व) अनुविभाग गौहरगंज व उप मुख्य अभियंता, निर्माण-प्रथम पमिि मध्य रेल्वे भोपाल के कार्यालय में उनका निरिक्षण किया जा सके गा।

NOTIFICATION
Bhopal, the 2nd January, 2026
S.O. 153(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (as Amendment Act 2008), the Central Government, After being satisfied that the land, brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for public purpose for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project Construction of Railway Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing Gate No. 239 in Raisen District of the State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1)of section 20(d) of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made in writing to the Competent Officer and Competent Authority and Sub- Divisional Officer (Revenue), Sub-Division-Goharganj, District Raisen, M.P. and shall set out there in the grounds thereof and the Competent Officer shall afford the applicant an opportunity of being heard either in person or through a legal practitioner and after hearing all such objections and making such further inquiry, if any, as the Competent Officer may deem necessary, may by order either allow or disallow the objections.
The order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20(d) of the said Act shall be final.
The plan and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the above mentioned office of the competent authority and the office of Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) Sub-Division Goharganj and Deputy Chief Engineer (Con-I), WEST CENTRAL RAILWAY Bhopal.
