का. आ. 186(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तारीख 13 जनवरी 2026 को उस तारीख के रूप में विर्निर्दष्ट करती है, जिससे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 की उपधारा (3) के उपबंध, नीचे स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित उन संस्थानों पर लागू होंगे जो स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वायत्त निकाय है, और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए, भारत के राजपत्र भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 730(अ), तारीख 2 मई, 1986 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कार्र्मक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्र्मक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:–
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 231 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:–

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2026
S.O. 186(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the 13th day of January, 2026 as the date on and from which the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the said Act shall apply to the institutes mentioned in column (2) below, being autonomous bodies under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and for the said purpose, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 730 (E), dated the 2nd May, 1986, namely:–
