रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम 2008 की धारा 20F के तहत

का.आ. 198(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2008 (इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम के रूप में संर्दर्भत) की धारा 20'च' की (उप धारा-6) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें र सरकार उक्त अधिनियम के तहत ऐसे प्राधिकरण के रूप में कार्य करने के लिये नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित मध्यस्थ को नियुक्त करती है, जो आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी है। सक्षम अधिकारी की यह नियुक्ति उक्त तालिका के स्तंभ (3) में उल्लिखित जिले जो कि महाराष्ट्र राज्य में "दौड़ – मनमाड दोहरीकरण "परियोजना के संबंध मेंऐसी विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के परियोजना से संबंधित है। 296 GI/2026 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] सारणी

(IN REGARD TO E-GAZETTE NOTIFICATION NO. 1657 DATED 18 April 2024 THE PARA MENTIONED

BELOW SHOULD BE TREATED AS CORRECTED DETAILS IN PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION)

Under clause 20F of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008

S.O. 198(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section 20F of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of Daund-Manmad Doubling project in the state of Maharashtra relating to district mentioned in column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution , maintenance, management and operation of such special railway project.
