कोटा, 13 जनवरी, 2026

का.आ. 191(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2008 (2008 की संख्या 11) जिसे इसमें इसके पाित् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क के उपखंड (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये,यह समाधान हो जाने के पाित् कि लोक प्रयोजन के लिए, यह भूमि जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में दिया गया है, राजस्थान राज्य के बू ंदी जिले में कोटा – मथुरा सेक्शन के मध्य समपार संख्या 123 पर रोड ओवर ब्रिज का निर्माण कार्य की विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन के लिये आवश्यक है, ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन करने के आशय कि घोषणा करती है;

उक्त भूमि के लिये इच्छु क कोई व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन कि तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर, उक्त अधिनियम कि धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपयु र्क्त प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के अर्जन और उपयोग के संबंध में आक्षेप कर सके गा; प्रत्येक ऐसा आक्षेप सक्षम प्राधिकारी अर्थात्, उपखंड अधिकारी के शोरायपाटन, तालुका के शोरायपाटन, जिला बू ंदी को लिखित रूप में किया जाएगा जो कि आक्षेप का आधार होगा । सक्षम प्राधिकारी आक्षेपकर्ता को व्यक्तिगत रूप से या कानूनी प्रक्टिशनर के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आक्षेपों की

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] सुनवाई और जाँच करने के पाित, यदि आवश्यक समझे तो, आदेश द्वारा या तो आक्षेपों के लिये अनुमति देगा या अनुमति प्रदान नहीं करेगा;

उक्त अधिनियम कि धारा 20घ कि उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा दिया गया आदेश अंतिम होगा। इस अधिसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूमि योजना और अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छु क व्यक्ति द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त उल्लेखित कार्यालय में उनका निरिक्षण किया जा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Kota, the 13th January, 2026

S.O. 191(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (No. 11 of 2008) hereinafter referred in as the said act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, Kota – Mathura section in Bundi District Construction of Road Over Bridge on LC No. 123 Project in District Bundi in the State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land :

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(I) of section 20D of the said Act:

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub Divisional Officer Keshoraipatan, Taluka Keshoraipatan, District Bundi, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20 (D) of the said act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
